・Please examine your order immediately upon receipt to see if it is not damaged, defective or if it is the same item as your order.
・We accept returns if the item of your order is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
・Prior to any return please notify us within 24 hours of receipt from the date you received your order. The receipt date is the same as the date of "Final delivery" of "Detailed International Mail Research Results" page of FedEx's website. That research page will be shown after entering a tracking number.
・The shipping charge for any return is responsible for a customer.
・The item must be returned to us in original condition and possess all original packaging.
・We cannot accept returns in the following cases.
1, The item is damaged by customer’s improper usage or careless handling,
2, The reason that the item you received looks different from the one of the image on our website in color and how it looks. Please note that all the images on our website were taken by us and may have affected by light or background, so the color and how it looks of a product would be different from those of the image on our website.
3, The reason that the items that you ordered do not meet a customer’s preferences or expectations
4, For the ligatures, the reason that the ligature that you ordered does not fit your mouthpiece. Please contact us in advance if you would like to know if we have a ligature which can fit your mouthpiece.
・The cancellation of your order cannot be accepted once your payment has been completed.
5,We do not offer your order items with Insurance. If you could tell us "Send the items with Insurance", we will offer it with Insurance. Please note that we do not take any responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused through our service, in the case without Insurance.
*Exchange and Refund
・If we find that the returned item deserves a refund or an exchange after our receipt and inspection, we will contact you to ask which way you would like to choose.
・If an exchange is required, we will send you a new item.
・If a refund is required, we will refund the total amount of your order via wire transfer (excluding bank handling charge and tax and duty that cost when the item return to us). We are afraid but any duty and tax that you paid to receive your order is not refundable.
