Shipping & Handling
|
・Shipping and handling charge will be added to the price of the product. Those depend on your country.
・No Japanese consumption tax is required for your order from the foreign countries.
・You will be required to pay some certain amount of duty and tax when receiving your order in your country. The amount depends on your country. If you would like to know the total amount of the duty and tax, please contact your local custom office.
・If a parcel of your order return to us after we ship and you would like us to resend it again, we have to ask you for another shipping charge to your shipping address. Please keep your eyes on the status of your parcel after it leaves at the postal service's website.

・You can see an estimated total amount for your order on the shopping cart page. Please proceed to check out according to the instructions on the screen if the amount is acceptable.
・We will ship an order after we confirm your payment is authorized.
・You can settle the payment with credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) or Paypal.
・When you use Paypal for your purchase, we will email you to see if you really placed an order to prevent the abuse of your Paypal account by a third party. Once we confirm that you really did, we will proceed with your order.

How to Order

・We accept an order only from a customer in foreign countries except for Japan. Please note that foreign nationals living in Japan are not subject to these terms and conditions written in this page. Please contact us about details.
・Please order our products from a dealer in your country if there is. You can see the list of our dealers at http://www.wood-stone.jp/page/20. Please understand that we cannot accept an order from the countries that have a dealer.
・Please note that we can accept payment only in JPY since the exchange rate is changing daily.
・We cannot accept payment in installments.

Shipping timeframe
|
・We examine and verify all the items of your order to be in perfect condition before shipment.
・For international shipping, we use EMS (Express Mail Service) provided by Japan Post Service Co., Ltd.. The EMS is safe, fast, economic and fully insured. Usually it is door to door service. Please note that you might be required to visit the custom or the local postal service of your area to pick up your order depending on the country.
・We will e-mail you an EMS tracking number once your order has been shipped.
・Delivery by EMS normally takes between 5-7 days. But actual delivery will depend on the location and be affected by various external factors like weather, customs clearance, natural disaster, regulations of each country and so on. Please note that you cannot designate the date of the arrival of your order for the similar reasons.
・It usually takes approximately 5 business days to prepare the shipment of your order. However, due to our inventory status or any other reason, the preparation of your order would be delayed.

Return policy
|
・Please examine your order immediately upon receipt to see if it is not damaged, defective or if it is the same item as your order.
・We accept returns if the item of your order is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
・Prior to any return please notify us within 24 hours of receipt from the date you received your order. The receipt date is the same as the date of "Final delivery" of "Detailed International Mail Research Results" page of Japan Post's website. That research page will be shown after entering a tracking number.
・The shipping charge for any return is responsible for a customer.
・The item must be returned to us in original condition and possess all original packaging.
・We cannot accept returns in the following cases.
1, The item is damaged by customer’s improper usage or careless handling,
2, The reason that the item you received looks different from the one of the image on our website in color and how it looks. Please note that all the images on our website were taken by us and may have affected by light or background, so the color and how it looks of a product would be different from those of the image on our website.
3, The reason that the items that you ordered do not meet a customer’s preferences or expectations
4, For the ligatures, the reason that the ligature that you ordered does not fit your mouthpiece. Please contact us in advance if you would like to know if we have a ligature which can fit your mouthpiece.
・The cancellation of your order cannot be accepted once your payment has been completed.
*Exchange and Refund
・If we find that the returned item deserves a refund or an exchange after our receipt and inspection, we will contact you to ask which way you would like to choose.
・If an exchange is required, we will send you a new item.
・If a refund is required, we will refund the total amount of your order via wire transfer (excluding bank handling charge and tax and duty that cost when the item return to us). We are afraid but any duty and tax that you paid to receive your order is not refundable.

Warranty
|
We certainly offer a warranty on our products of the domestic order. However, please understand in advance that we do not offer a warranty on our products of the order from outside Japan.
